Maggie & Chris
I’ll just go ahead and let you know that I won’t make it through editing their wedding without tearing up all over again. Chris and Maggie are two of our dear Nashville pals. Chris and his siblings grew up with Rob in grade school. Their families are very close, and have the sweetest friendship. Maggie was a Nashville transplant from Colorado, who I quickly loved because of her warm smile and hospitable soul. I don’t know if the world is quite ready for the love (and delicious treats) that will pour out from the Hare home.
They wanted a purely documentary wedding experience, which was a joy for me. I got to watch the beauty unfold in front of me, and felt none of the Southern pressures for posing and poise. The day started with a tender breakfast with the ladies, then we moved to a park right down the street where Maggie and Chris go on walks together. Every aspect of their ceremony and reception was centered around their values of honesty, depth, hospitality, and community. It was an honor and a joy to tell your wedding day story, my friends. I can’t wait to share the whole day with you!
